International recruitment, engineered for project certainty
Hire Across Global is an international manpower agency headquartered in New Delhi, India, supplying trade-tested skilled, semi-skilled and professional workforce to employers across the GCC, the wider Middle East, Africa and Europe. We were built around a simple observation: overseas projects rarely fail for lack of ambition — they slip because the right people arrive late, arrive unverified, or do not arrive at all.
Our answer is a controlled, documented recruitment system. Every requirement is translated into a written manpower specification, every candidate is measured against that specification through a practical trade test, and every deployment is tracked through documentation, visa processing and mobilization until the worker signs in at your gate. Clients receive one point of accountability rather than a chain of intermediaries.
We recruit across construction, oil and gas, petrochemicals, infrastructure, building and factory operations, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, facility management and corporate support functions. Whether you need twelve shuttering carpenters for a tower package or a hundred-strong mixed crew for a shutdown, the process, the paperwork and the quality bar remain the same.
- Trade-tested skilled and semi-skilled workforce
- End-to-end documentation and visa processing
- Ethical recruitment — no cost burden on workers
- Bulk mobilization with staged batch delivery
Why global employers hire from India
India remains the world's most dependable source of technically capable, English-workable and culturally adaptable labour for large capital projects. Understanding why helps employers plan better manpower strategies.
Depth of trade skills
Decades of domestic infrastructure, refinery and high-rise construction have produced a mature pool of masons, steel fixers, welders, scaffolders, electricians, pipe fitters and MEP technicians who can read drawings and work to international specifications.
Engineering bench strength
India produces one of the largest annual cohorts of civil, mechanical and electrical engineers globally, giving employers access to site engineers, QA/QC inspectors, planners and estimation professionals at competitive cost.
Established emigration corridors
Formal emigration frameworks between India and the GCC, Africa and Europe make documentation predictable, insurable and auditable — a decisive advantage for compliance-sensitive employers.
Language and site culture
Most Indian tradesmen work comfortably in English or Hindi-led multilingual crews and integrate quickly into international sites where supervision is layered across nationalities.
Retention economics
Indian workers typically complete full contract cycles and renew, reducing the hidden cost of repeated recruitment, re-mobilization and productivity ramp-up.
Scalability
Regional sourcing hubs allow volume requirements to be met without diluting quality, which is critical for shutdown, turnaround and fast-track infrastructure packages.
How the Hire Across Global process works
A transparent, stage-gated process where every step produces a document, a decision and a date — so employers always know exactly where their manpower stands.
- 01
Requirement analysis
We capture the role, trade grade, quantity, experience band, salary and benefit structure, contract duration, destination country and required mobilization date, then convert it into a written manpower specification signed off by the client.
- 02
Talent sourcing
Our PAN-India network, internal candidate database, referral channels and regional field recruiters generate a shortlist that matches the specification rather than merely filling headcount.
- 03
Screening and trade test
Candidates undergo document verification, experience validation, a technical interview and a hands-on practical trade test conducted by an assessor from the same discipline.
- 04
Client selection
Clients interview shortlisted candidates in person, by video or through recorded assessments. Selection outcomes are documented and communicated to candidates within 48 hours.
- 05
Medical and clearances
GAMCA or country-approved medical examinations, police clearance certificates and background checks are completed before any visa application is filed.
- 06
Documentation and visa
Offer letters, attested employment contracts, emigration clearance, insurance and visa stamping are processed and tracked on a single deployment sheet shared with the client.
- 07
Pre-departure orientation
Selected workers receive a briefing on the employer, site conditions, safety expectations, cultural norms, wage structure and grievance channels before travel.
- 08
Mobilization and follow-up
Ticketing, airport assistance, arrival coordination and post-joining follow-up during the first weeks on site close the loop and surface issues before they become disputes.
Candidate selection, trade testing and quality assurance
Quality is not a promise at the end of the process — it is a series of checks embedded inside it.
Practical trade test
Welders weld, fitters fit, electricians terminate. Assessment is task-based against the employer's own scope wherever possible, with photographic or video evidence retained on the candidate file.
Document verification
Passport validity, ITI or diploma certification, prior overseas experience stamps, previous employer references and identity documents are checked for authenticity before shortlisting.
Medical fitness
Approved medical centres screen for country-specific fitness criteria, reducing the risk of rejection at the destination airport or on arrival at site.
Behavioural screening
Interviews assess discipline, safety attitude, willingness to work rotating shifts and adaptability to camp accommodation — the factors that most often determine retention.
Compliance audit
Each file is audited before mobilization for contract attestation, insurance, emigration clearance and wage-parity documentation as required by the destination country.
Replacement policy
If a worker is found unfit, non-performing or absconds within the agreed window, a like-for-like replacement is sourced on priority under the terms of the signed service agreement.
International recruitment standards we work to
Compliance is the difference between a workforce that arrives and a workforce that is stopped at immigration. We work to Indian emigration procedure, destination-country labour law and the ethical recruitment principles increasingly demanded by international clients and their auditors.
That means written contracts in a language the worker understands, no substitution of terms after arrival, no recruitment fee charged to the candidate, valid insurance cover, and full traceability of every document in the deployment file. For employers operating under contractor codes of conduct or ESG reporting obligations, this documentation is available for audit on request.
We also advise clients proactively when a requirement conflicts with emigration rules — for example, minimum wage thresholds for certain categories, age limits, or attestation requirements for specific destinations — so that timelines are set on realistic ground rather than optimistic assumptions.
- eMigrate-compliant processing where applicable
- Attested contracts and certificates
- Mandatory insurance cover before departure
- Zero recruitment fee charged to workers
- Auditable deployment documentation
- Destination-specific labour law guidance
Common overseas hiring problems — and how we remove them
Most international recruitment failures repeat a small set of causes. Our process is designed around eliminating them.
Skill mismatch on arrival
Solved by discipline-specific practical trade tests and client-witnessed assessments before selection, not CV-based shortlisting alone.
Visa and document delays
Solved by a parallel-track documentation model where medicals, attestation and emigration steps run concurrently with a live tracker shared with the client.
Candidate dropout before travel
Solved by transparent wage communication, family counselling, backup candidates held in reserve for every position and continuous pre-departure engagement.
Early attrition on site
Solved by realistic pre-departure orientation covering accommodation, climate, working hours and overtime rules, so expectations match reality.
Hidden intermediaries and costs
Solved by direct sourcing and a single written commercial agreement with no sub-agent layers inflating cost or diluting accountability.
Unpredictable bulk mobilization
Solved by staged batch planning aligned to your construction programme, so manpower lands when the work front is actually ready.
Client benefits and candidate benefits
A recruitment relationship only lasts when both sides of it are protected.
For employers: verified capability
Every worker you receive has been tested, documented and briefed, reducing rework, safety incidents and supervision load in the first critical weeks.
For employers: schedule protection
Staged mobilization aligned to your programme keeps work fronts staffed without carrying idle manpower on your accommodation and payroll.
For employers: single accountability
One partner owns sourcing, testing, documentation, visa, travel and post-joining support — no finger-pointing between agents.
For candidates: genuine employers
We work with verified companies and real demand letters, so applicants are never sent toward speculative or unverified offers.
For candidates: transparent terms
Salary, overtime, accommodation, food allowance, leave and ticket entitlements are explained before signing, in writing and in plain language.
For candidates: continued support
Our team stays reachable after deployment, coordinating with the employer on documentation, renewals and welfare issues during the contract.

Frequently asked questions about overseas recruitment
What does an international manpower agency actually do?
An international manpower agency manages the full overseas hiring lifecycle on behalf of a foreign employer: understanding the manpower requirement, sourcing candidates from a verified talent pool, conducting trade tests and interviews, completing medicals and emigration documentation, arranging visas and tickets, and mobilizing the workforce to site. Hire Across Global performs each of these stages in-house, so employers deal with one accountable partner from requisition to arrival.
How long does overseas recruitment from India take?
For most trades, a complete cycle runs 30 to 60 days from approved demand letter to arrival on site. Sourcing and shortlisting typically takes 7 to 12 days, selection and trade testing 3 to 7 days, medicals and police clearance 7 to 10 days, and visa stamping plus emigration clearance 10 to 21 days depending on the destination country and category of the worker.
Which countries do you supply manpower to?
We deploy skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Indian manpower to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain in the GCC, to Ghana, Gabon and Benin in Africa, and to selected employers across Europe. Requirements for other destinations are evaluated case by case against emigration rules.
Do candidates pay recruitment fees?
We follow ethical recruitment principles. Candidates are never charged for a job offer, and all employer-borne costs are agreed in writing before mobilization. Transparency on cost structure protects both the worker and the employer's compliance position.
How do you verify that a worker is genuinely skilled?
Every candidate passes a practical trade test conducted by a tradesman in the same discipline, supported by document verification, experience checks with previous employers where available, and a technical interview. Clients may attend trade tests in person, join by video, or receive recorded evidence before selection.
What happens if a deployed worker does not perform?
Our replacement policy covers non-performance, medical unfitness detected on arrival, or early absconding within the agreed probation window. We provide a like-for-like replacement candidate on priority, with the commercial terms defined in the service agreement signed before deployment.
Can you supply large volumes at short notice?
Yes. Our PAN-India sourcing network across Delhi NCR, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Odisha, Kerala and Tamil Nadu allows us to mobilize bulk requirements for construction, oil and gas, petrochemical and infrastructure projects, with staged batches so your site receives manpower in line with the project schedule.
Is Hire Across Global a licensed recruitment agency?
We operate as a compliant Indian recruitment partner and follow emigration procedure for every worker, including eMigrate registration where the category and destination require it, insurance cover, and country-specific attestation of contracts and certificates.
